Consultation for managers on staff wellbeing issues

The Well at Work, lead by our Organisational Psychologist Lynne Forrest can provide this service which provides an opportunity for managers to talk by phone or in person with a counselor about any issue relating to staff wellbeing which they are dealing with. The counselor will help the manager to look at the issue more fully and consider appropriate strategies.

Training sessions on staff wellbeing issues

We can provide training sessions or workshops of issues such as: Stress Awareness, Coping with Pressure, Assertiveness and confidence building, Dealing with Conflict, etc.

Coaching

Coaching provides a structured, creative environment, in which staff can work with a coach to learn about their strengths, maximise their potential, develop their skills and set objectives aimed at enhancing their performance. It consists of one-to-one developmental discussions and provides individuals with feedback on their strengths and areas for development, as well as a space to think about career and professional development.

Consultation on Policy Development and Implementation

Our Psychology service offers consultation on the development and implementation of any policies which affect staff wellbeing. Policies might cover areas such as; Management of trauma, flexible working patterns, mental health of staff, conflict resolution, bullying and harassment.
